Container-type generator soundproof enclosures are manufactured to ISO dimensions or with custom designs tailored to specific needs, featuring high technical specifications. Depending on the generator’s power, acoustic louvers, sound-absorbing panels, and explosion-proof solutions can be installed in the air intake and exhaust systems. The greatest advantage of container-type generator soundproofing enclosures is that, in addition to their high sound attenuation capabilities, they allow for service access to the generator inside the container.
Generator
At Özer Mekatronik, we design and manufacture container-type soundproof enclosures for generator systems, available in ISO standard sizes or custom dimensions tailored to specific projects.
Designed with consideration for the generator’s power, operating conditions, site requirements, and target noise levels, these enclosures incorporate not only high acoustic performance but also the mechanical and ventilation solutions necessary for the generator’s safe and efficient operation.

Cogeneration
As Özer Mekatronik, we provide turnkey services for cogeneration systems, including design, container manufacturing, mechanical and electrical installation of generators, on-site implementation, and commissioning.
In the cogeneration projects we carry out in various cities, we handle the delivery and installation of custom-built containers on-site, as well as the fabrication and installation of specialized flue systems.
Depending on the requirements of the cogeneration system, the following are installed within the container:

Energy Storage Container
At Özer Mekatronik, we manufacture custom containers tailored to the specific requirements of energy storage system projects. We design and manufacture the container’s mechanical structure, equipment layout, ventilation, cooling, cable penetrations, and other auxiliary systems specifically for each project, in accordance with the requirements of the battery banks and auxiliary equipment housed within the system.
Transformers & Panels
At Özer Mekatronik, we design and manufacture project-specific transformer and panel containers to ensure the safe storage and operation of electrical panels, transformers, and other electrical equipment.

Data Center
Container data centers are modular solutions that offer an alternative to traditional data center structures, enabling rapid deployment, portability, scalability, and high levels of security.
At Özer Mekatronik, we design and manufacture data center containers in various sizes and volumes according to our customers’ needs and specified designs. In line with the project’s technical requirements, we evaluate the container’s mechanical structure, equipment layout, and necessary auxiliary systems as a unified whole.
Modular Type
Modular soundproof enclosures are the preferred choice for small-scale generator applications. Manufactured using CNC and punch presses and coated with electrostatic epoxy powder paint, they provide high corrosion and environmental resistance, enabling them to operate for many years in harsh environments. Inside the enclosure, acoustic, heat-resistant foam materials are used as insulation to ensure smooth operation. The enclosed silencer meets our customers’ needs with specialized noise-reduction options.
